Skilled Workforce:  BAC provides the best and ONLY training in the industry.  We also provide continuing education for our members who want to increase their skill set in blueprint reading, foremen certification, grout certification, welding certifications, Contractor College and more.

Flexible Workforce:  Our contractors are able to fluctuate their crew sizes as needed.  With trained and skilled workers in all areas of the country they can confidently bid work outside their normal area and utilize members in other locals.

Apprenticeship Program:  The apprentice program provides higher skilled and registered apprentices.  They are a huge asset on prevailing projects and supply young, diversified well-trained workers.

Worker Loyalty and Retention: By providing a living wage and benefits such as health insurance and pension savings, our contractors attract and retain the best in the industry without fear of losing workers to higher pay.

Drug free and safer worksites:  Random drug testing and training such as OSHA 10 & 30 hour and other trade specific training makes for lower insurance rates.

Marketing:  The international Masonry Institute (IMI) is the marketing arm of BAC.  Its purpose is to educate, promote and provide technical support and training for all things masonry to the engineering and design community, contractors, developers, collegiate educators and members.  “Design and build it right the first time”.

Helping the Community:  By employing the best in the industry with a living wage and benefits, our contractors are allowing workers to take care of themselves and their families as they become productive members of their local communities.
