Policy for Reporting Hours
Notice for all Wisconsin BAC apprentices concerning hours reporting into TMS
- Every apprentice should be tracking and reporting both work and day school hours into the TMS system.
- Make sure that even when you are laid off, you continue to report into TMS.
- If you have problems reporting or have questions, contact your day school instructor.
It is very important that you report hours, the local Joint Apprenticeship Committees rely on this information to assure that you get a well-rounded apprenticeship.
The policy:
Each month your hours are due by the 10th of the month. (September hours are to be recorded by October 10th) If they are not received, every 1 day they are late, your next wage increase will be delayed by 1 day. NO RETROACTIVE PAY!
